Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An educational setting in
Chicago, IL is seeking experienced Behavior Specialists with BCBA
certification to support students in K-12 classrooms. This contract
position spans the current school year (CSY) and focuses on
delivering specialized behavioral support within special education
programs. Key Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) certification required Experience working as a Behavior
Specialist in school-based settings Familiarity with strategies for
supporting K-12 students with behavioral challenges Ability to
collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop
and implement behavior intervention plans Location: Chicago,
Illinois, within a K-12 school environment Primary
Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral assessments and develop
individualized behavior intervention plans Provide direct
behavioral support and instruction to students in AERO-based
classrooms Collaborate with special education teams to monitor
student progress and adjust strategies as needed Document and
report on student behavior and progress in line with program
requirements Benefits: Contracted position for the current school
