Responsibilities: - Perform thorough cleaning of MRO storerooms,
including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in a
dirty and dusty environment. - Organize inventory by categorizing
items, labeling shelves, and ensuring proper storage practices. -
Assist with implementing a systematic inventory management process,
including tracking and reporting stock levels. - Collaborate with
the team to understand their specific needs and preferences
regarding storeroom organization. - Ensure compliance with safety
regulations and company policies while working on-site. - Provide
excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship
with clients. - Possesses a comprehensive understanding of hand
tools utilized in the construction of storeroom shelving units.
Physical - Walk upwards of 5 miles a day to survey the site and
perform walk-through quality inspections. - Lift upwards of 50 –
75lbs on a semi repetitive basis - Climb ladders and/or stairs,
inside and outside of multi-storied facilities. - Perform
housekeeping tasks, ensuring the workspace and shop floor are clean
and up to OSHA standards. - Physical demands include standing,
bending, lifting, and moving items. Additional Skills &
Qualifications Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent;
additional training or certification in facilities management or
inventory management is a plus. - Proven experience in cleaning,
organizing, or facilities management, preferably in an industrial
or commercial setting. - Strong attention to detail and a
commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and
organization. - Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and
effectively. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to
work independently or as part of a team. - Basic computer skills
for inventory tracking and reporting. Job Type & Location This is a
Contract position based out of Frankfort, KY. Pay and Benefits The
pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
