Rapidly growing Milwaukee-area GC is actively looking to add a
project manager to their team due to a fantastic project pipeline
through 2025 and into 2026. This company was founded roughly 15

Project sizes are mainly between $100k and $10M Description Manage
all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish Develop
and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely
delivery of materials and services Ensure that all work is
completed to the highest quality standards Manage project team
members, including architects, engineers, and contractors Prepare
and submit project reports, including progress reports and
financial reports, to senior management Ensure compliance with all
applicable building codes and regulations Maintain strong
relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management
Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously Thorough understanding of construction
processes and building codes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
project management software Job Offer Competitive base salary
($85-$115K) Cash bonus up to 10% of base salary Profit sharing
program up to an additional 10% of base salary Comprehensive
