Job Summary

This position is responsible for creating and delivering content strategy for the dental side of our business including: collateral development; campaign creation and execution; product, project and presentation support; and internal communications to promote dental efforts.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Writing, or Business and 5 years of experience in marketing and communication roles OR 9 years of experience in marketing and communication roles
• * Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• * PC proficiency to include MS O365
• * Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• * Creative, analytical and organizational skills
• * Experience collaborating across functional groups
• * Detail oriented
• * Web and social media experience
• * Experience working in a fast paced, high workload environment
• * Experience interfacing with senior management
• * Team building skills
  
  Preferred Job Qualifications:
  
  • Marketing and communication experience in the dental insurance space.
  • Marketing and communication in the group insurance space.
  • Project Management skills.
