Job Summary: Interns gain experience in a specific field through guidan ce from coaches, mentors, sponsors, and their immediate supervisor , completing previously assigned daily tasks related to specific goals , attending meetings, and development opportunities . All interns complete a project related to their job responsibilities and career interests and present this live at the internship's completion. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with day to day administration of employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, disability, etc. Review and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance Research wellness and benefit resources to offer for our 2027 enrollment year Create and Conduct an employee survey assessing benefit offerings Help gather information for carriers and follow up on any issues Audit 401k plan, including assisting with completion of audit for 5500 filing Track and maintain updates of employees on leave of absence Assist in process of self funding planning for benefit plans in 2027 Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software Ability to quickly learn new applications and software Ability to work 40 hours per week Education and Experience : Pursuing a degree in a related field to internship Physical Requirements : Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to verbally communicate and exchange information The duties and responsibilities described above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned . .
