TraderForum Financial Management, LP
Forum Financial Management, LP is a rapidly growing Registered
Investment Advisory firm (RIA) in search of a candidate to join our
Backoffice team. This individual would be responsible for
overseeing the daily and quarterly activities needed to run our
RIA. Experience working in a Securities Brokerage or Advisory Firm
is a plus but not required.Primary responsibilities include working
with senior trader and senior operations personnel in providing
accurate reporting, reconciliation of client performance reporting
and daily trade processing. There will be direct interface with
customer service team, principals of the firm, and our primary
vendors.This individual will be responsible for:Job
Responsibilities & Activities:Develop a deep understanding of
Forum's investment philosophyIdentify client portfolios that are
out of balance and determine the next steps for resolutionReview
client cash balances to be invested or generated for distribution
needsSet up new clients in rebalancing software and coordinate with
advisors to implement the investment planParticipate in monthly and
quarterly trading auditsProvide exceptional service for advisors
and Client Service TeamInterface with key software providersProvide
follow-up on all assigned responsibilities and keep advisors and
appropriate management informed on progress and concernsAlways act
in an ethical manner according to procedures outlined in the
trading manualThe ideal candidate will have the following
skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or
equivalent experience on a Backoffice team for an RIA or Broker
DealerKnowledge of Schwab, TD Ameritrade, and/or Fidelity a
plusKnowledge of Tamarac trading software a plusPursuit CFA or CFP
designations are a plus but not requiredGeneral Skills:Solid team
