**Responsibilities**Responsibilities:+ Prepare monthly accounting close transactions and reports+ Responsible to close contracts by making appropriate accounting adjustments andanalyzing variance to budget+ Support VP Finance with analysis of major trends within the organization. Publish recurring reports to help highlight areas of concern.+ Provide financial support and analysis to Finance and Operations leaders, playing a key role in achieving financial objectives and executing Operations strategies+ Prepare client invoices in compliance with the client's contractual requirements.+ Assist with the annual budget process and the preparation of the bid model/pricing for new business.+ Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**Qualifications:**Experience**+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required.+ CPA and/or MBA preferred.+ Public Accounting experience or 2-5 years' experience in FP**Skills and Knowledge Required**+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn additional systems quickly.Knowledge of Oracle/JD Edwards highly preferred.+ Meticulous attention to detail.+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company needs.+ Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines.+ Strong communications and analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.+ Willingness and ability to travel.Travel requirement outside of immediate area: 20%**About Transdev:**Based near Chicago, Transdev is the largest private-sector operator of multiple modes of transit in North America, including bus, rail, streetcar, paratransit, and shuttle services.
